As a Certified Fitness Professional for nearly 20 years, Pam was first certified in 1998. Her Certifications have included NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Johnny G Certified SPIN Instructor, and Physical Mind Institute Certified Pilates Instructor (both Mat and Apparatus). With her passion to help people achieve results and stay motivated, she pursued her education/training as a Certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and she works with clients one on one and in a group setting. Pam has owned and operated her own fitness studio in Ventura County and received several awards for Best Pilates Studio, one of the best personal trainers and Best Newspaper Columnist in Ventura County for her fitness column.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cesar Buelna, CPT, FNS

Personal Trainer
Cesar began his career in the Health and Fitness industry several years back in order to help people feel happier, which in turn makes him happy. As a father of 3 children he enjoys being a role model to them and teaching them the importance of being active and staying healthy. His studies in Personal Training at the Southern California Health Institute led him to become certified in several modalities the NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Youth Exercise Specialist (YES), Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). Cesar is able to work with a variety of clients, from the de-conditioned to athlete, from those who have physical restrictions or those who simply want to lose weight, he can customize a program for you that gets results.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Grant Bolin, CPT

Golf Fitness Specialist
As a Golf Professional for several years in Ohio, Grant has had the opportunity to work with golfers of all ages. He started teaching golf fitness when he noticed simply directing students to swing a certain way was not always effective. He began to study the biomechanics of the golf swing and the necessary moves a golfer needs to make for a less resistant and injury free swing. This will be his second season in the desert as a Golf Fitness Trainer. His certifications and background include: Certified Personal Trainer-NASM, Golf Fitness Specialist-NASM, Performance Enhancement Specialist-NASM, Titleist Performance Institute Certified, and is a PGA Apprentice.”
